Top Shelf only, baby: juice cleanse, Day 1

Aaaaah, there they are, lined up just so across the top shelf of our fridge: the eighteen bottles of juice that represent the sum-total of my sustenance for the next three days.

To kickstart my renewed dedication to lifetime fitness and health, I'm doing another Urban Remedy 3-day juice cleanse.

Also, I ate a lot of cheese in France. ;>
